General terms of use
Draft for review before publication
Inquiry first
The current website prepares an email inquiry. It does not take online payments, guarantee inventory or issue a booking confirmation. Staff will confirm availability, the final price, applicable charges and the next steps.
Product-specific conditions
Read the inclusions, exclusions, traveler requirements and cancellation terms for your chosen product. Hotel, airline, cruise and festival conditions may differ. The GO Hotel November product is non-refundable and non-changeable as stated on its page.
Before you commit
Ask for the confirmed itinerary, total payable amount, payment deadline and cancellation/change conditions in writing. Festival ticket purchases on ThaiFestTicket follow the terms shown there. Contact our team if any detail is unclear.
