How do I book a lantern festival?
Choose YLI, YLF or LLF and follow the ticket link to ThaiFestTicket. Confirm the event, date, seating, guest ages, transfers and final conditions before paying. Your booking is confirmed by the ticket provider.
Does a ticket cover both festival dates?
The published dates are 24 and 25 November 2026. Select the event date you wish to attend; do not assume a ticket covers both nights. Check your selected product before purchase.
Can you help with children, meals or accessibility?
Please contact us before booking with guest ages and the assistance you need. Child eligibility, seating, dietary arrangements and accessibility vary by event or service.
Are transport and a guide included?
Inclusions depend on the ticket or quotation. Check your pickup location and transfer timetable, and ask separately about a guide in your preferred language.
How do changes, cancellations and refunds work?
Festival tickets follow the conditions shown by ThaiFestTicket for the selected event. Other arrangements follow the written quotation and provider conditions confirmed before booking. Contact the team about your specific reservation.
Can overseas agencies and companies work with Ranvel?
Yes. Send your group size, dates, destination, preferred language, budget and programme requirements for a MICE or DMC proposal.
